- Anticipate a FFP Indefinite Quantity contract, Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition, for NSN 5365-01-238-3811, Spacer, approved sources McDonnell Douglas Helicopter (Cage 02731) P/N 7-311120609; Kamatics Corp (Cage 50632) P/N KJB207315V which requires Configuration and source control. Estimated annual quantity for the base year is 5,642 each. IQC will result in a base year plus four (4) option years to the stock locations SNG, New Cumberland, PA and AQ5, Tracy, CA. Inspection and acceptance Destination, QAP 002. Quantity variance plus 5% minus 5%, delivery is 71 days ARO for DLA stock shipments. No surge requirement exists. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.dla.mil/on the same issue date cited in the RFP. On or about 5 April, 2004.
