- This acquisition to result in the award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years as follows: Technical data pkg is available from DSCR Dwg (19207) 12358686 Rev. C Unrestricted, full and open competition Noncommercial item, NOTE 26 applies FOB Dest, Inspect/acceptance dest, QAP B02 Estimated annual qty 108 Required Delivery will be specified on solicitation. Surge Requirement possible A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
