- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue on a sole source basis, an Order against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-04-G-0004 with Raytheon Company in Tucson, AZ. This effort includes services and material to complete the development, manufacture, and qualification of the Tactical Tomahawk Gas Generator Ignition System. Raytheon is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the Tomahawk Weapons System and is the only firm that possesses the necessary knowledge, experience, and technical data required to perform these efforts. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. For subcontracting opportunities, interested parties may identify their technical capabilities and submit appropriate information to John Brauneis with Raytheon Company at (520) 663-8751.
