Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, RI intends to acquire the components of the TAIPT telemetry system from Chesapeake Sciences Corporation of Millersville, MD on a sole source basis. Chesapeake Sciences Corporation is the manufacturer of the TAIPT telemetry components. These components must be compatible with TAIPT electronics already in use at NUWC Division Newport. A solicitation for this acquisition will not be issued. This acquisition is processed using commercial procedures. Any challenges to this sole source action should be brought to the attention of the Contracting Officer prior to March 16, 2004.
