- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for 24 each battery preregulator assemblies conforming to Navy lead drawing 6889737 Rev D and 21 associated drawings PL 6689737 Rev D, 5729365 No Rev, 6689738 No Rev, 6658497 Rev B, 5729442 Rev B, 6658498 Rev D, PL6658498 Rev D 6700444 No Rev, 6689739 Rev A, 6747409 No Rev, 7053309 No Rev, XWS 20880-1 Rev A CONFIDENTIAL, 5528063 Rev A, 5528055 Rev A, 6300915 No Rev, 6658499-1 No Rev, 6689742 Rev A, 5528057 Rev B, 5856059 No Rev, 5528061 No Rev, 5856023 No Rev. Quantity of 24 each includes 2 each first articles. Waiver of first articles for previously proven source. Distribution of drawing XWS 20880-1 Rev A is restricted by the Department of Defense Contract Security Classification Specification of Confidential for one drawing. Vendors requesting these drawings will be required to have Confidential clearance on fi le with DISCO Columbus OH. Vendor must have a current and valid facility clearance and safeguard capability to receive a copy of XWS 20880-1 Rev A Required delivery to be within 30 days after date of contract award. NAICS code 335314 applies. FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345. Inspection and Acceptance at Destination with an Inspection and acceptance timeframe of 20 days. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued by 22 Mar 04. The closing date of the solicitation is anticipated to be 02 Apr 04. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12 commercial acquisition procedures utilizing best value evaluation of offers. This requirement will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. When issued, the RFQ will be posted electronically via the NECO website and on the NUWC Division Keyport, Acquisition Division w ebsite. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. An email request to klosem@kpt.nuwc.navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFQ from the NECO website. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ/amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer nonresponsive and result in rejection of the same. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting quotes must: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation, (3) manufacturer information of proposed items and (4) ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov).
