- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for ten (10) each Tac-4 Racks with Isolators in accordance with NAVSEA Drawing 7447524 and all associated drawings. Four option lots will also be solicited. Each lot will be for ten (10) each Tac-4 Racks with Isolators. If exercised, one option lot will be exercised each year for the four years subsequent to the base award. Delivery to be 10 weeks after date of contract award for original ten (10) each and 10 weeks after date of exercise of option for option lots of ten (10) each. FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued by 19 Mar 04. The closing date of the solicitation will be 29 Mar 04, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. This requirement will be procured un der FAR Part 12 commercial acquisition procedures utilizing best value evaluation of offers. The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 332999 with a size standard of 500 employees. When issued, the RFP will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil and on the Keyport Acquisition homepage at http://kpt-eco.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFP. No telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. An email request to powersm@kpt.nuwc.navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFP from the NECO or Keyport websites. The offeror must have a current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http:/ /www.ccr.gov ). Any questions should be submitted in writing via the fax number provided above or e-mailed to powersm@kpt.nuwc.navy.mil. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFP / amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer nonresponsive and result in rejection of the same.
