- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, H92244-04-Q-0026 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-18. This procurement is restricted to small business set aside. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. NAICS Code 335999 size standards 500 employees or under. This synopsis/solicitation is for COMMERCIAL ITEMS. Clin 0001 P/N DALA-0834-CO-D A/C unit eight ton cooling (92.9 mbh (t), 76.0 mbh(s) @ 72 deg. Bd/60 deg wb/50 percent rh/95 deg ambient) supply airflow rated at 3000 cfm @ 0.5 esp., split system air-cooled type. Two horsepower belt driven supply fan with adjustable pitch motor sheave horizontal supply/return airflow for connection to field ductwork supply/return duct flanges, 460/3/60 input power (fla =v 29 amps; mca = 36 amps; mfs = 40 amp) four row dx cooling coil with factory installed sight glasses and thermal expansion valves. Dual independent refrigerant circuits dual hemetic scroll compressors with high and low pressure safety switch. Stainless steel condensate drain pan. Return air filter section with four inch, 30 percent efficient filters. Factory mounted and wired 15 kw electric reheat for humidity control factory mounted and wired ten lb/hr steam generator humidifier microprocessor controller with lcd display for wall mounting (includes 25 foot cadle) factory start-up services and owner training required. Dimensions: 28.5 inches x 72 inches w x 48 inches l. Clin 0002 P/N DARC-0934 outside unit air cooled condenser designed to match indoor unit. Factory installed low anbient head pressure controls dual independent refrigerant circuits. Copper tube/copper fin condenser coil. Factory applied Bronz-glow corrosion resistant coating on entire casing and on the condenser coils. 460/3/60 input power (fla = 2.1 amps; mca = 2.6 amps; mfs = 15 amps. Factory start-up service and owner training required. Dimensions 48 ? inch w x 42 inch l x 43 inch h. Brand name or equal FOB POINT IS VIRGINIA BEACH, VA. The government will make a determination of best value based on the evaluation factors cited.
