Description

The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) ? San Diego intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) No. N66001-04-R-0035 for the delivery of high purity deionized water and functionality maintenance for two (2) government owned deionized water systems; one for ultra high purity water and the other for a reverse osmosis system. These water systems are used in the fabrication of devices and integrated circuits for novel materials and technologies at the SPAWAR Systems Center, Integrated Circuit Fabrication Facility (SSCSD-ICFF), Code 287. The performance period consists of a one (1) year base period with four one-year options for a total of five years. This is a full and open competition procurement and a single award will be made on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the Government. The estimated release date for the solicitation will be 23 March 2004 and responses will be due 30 days thereafter. The solicitation will only be available electronically. Electronic copies of the RFP may be obtained from the SPAWAR E-Commerce website at https://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil under SSC San Diego ?Open Solicitations?. Hard copy versions of the RFP and any subsequent amendments will not be available. Firms are encouraged to review the website regularly for important solicitation information.
