- DynCorp Technical Services a CSC Company (DTS) contemplates advertisement of a combined pair of firm fixed price construction projects with award of one contract to accomplish both projects. No funds are currently available to complete these projects and DTS will not be held responsible should the United States Air Force fail to fund the projects. Projects are summarized below. The bid package will be available electronically by download only in approximately 15 days at our WEB Page http://ifb.dyncorp.com . Consult solicitation package once issued for Pre-Bid date and time which will be shown on the Solicitation Offer and Award Form in the Solicitation Documents folder of the download. Pre-bid meeting will be held in Bldg. 244 Dock 4, Vance Air Force Base, 3 miles South of Enid, Oklahoma.. This will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside with the NAICS Code being 236220 and Small Business Size of $28.5M. 04-2014 Addition to Bldg 179 SUMMARY OF WORK The Project consists of construction of a 1,632-square-foot addition to Building 179, with concrete slab, masonry walls, and standing seam metal roof. Space will consist of flight commander and deputy flight commander offices, an administrative office to include records management, scheduling, training/testing area, crew briefing, and a lockable changing room with 24 full-size and 30 half-size lockers. The existing central air conditioning system will be extended. Site utilities and service lines will be rerouted, and the sidewalks and parking will be realigned as required. Fire protection systems will be extended in compliance with NFPA criteria. Local Area Network (LAN) and cable television drops and additional telephone lines will also be added. 04-2015 Addition to Bldg 541 SUMMARY OF WORK The Project consists of construction of a 1,320-square-foot addition to Building 541, with concrete slab, steel structure with metal stud exterior walls with brick veneer, and standing seam metal roof. Space will consist of flight commander and deputy flight commander offices, an administrative office to include records management, scheduling, training/testing area, crew briefing, and a lockable changing room with 20 lockers. The existing central air conditioning system will be extended. Site utilities and service lines will be rerouted, and the sidewalks and parking will be realigned as required. Fire protection systems will be extended in compliance with NFPA criteria. Local Area Network (LAN) and cable television drops and additional telephone lines will also be added.
