- Description
- The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to award a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Behavioral Health Associates, 4545 42nd Street, NE, Washington, DC 20016. The Behavioral Health Associates shall provide professional services to review, improve and develop management systems for the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN). The contractor shall work closely with FDA staff to develop and implement new or revised management procedures and processes as required. Collect, review, analyze and evaluate pertinent data systems and existing management programs and propose new changes. Establish timeframes and flow charts for implementing any proposed changes within a timely fashion. Work with CFSAN staff to convey the requirement for implementing any new changes and procedures to the staff. Assist in enhancing management/employee relations. The period of performance will be twelve (12) months. Only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is for information purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. However, evaluation/award will be based on the technically acceptable quote that offers the best value to the government. The FDA intends to make an award immediately after the response date of this notice. This sole source procurement is being awarded as a simplified acquisition in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5.
