OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT: 48 MONTHS. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: 30 DAYS ARO. DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD: 12 MONTHS. 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Critical Application item. QAP 001. NAICS is 335931. This is a full and open competitive procurement after exclusion of sources, intended sources: FMH Corp Cage 99755, TechniServices Inc., Cage 0AF06 FOB: Destination , Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. This is a request for proposal for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Estimated annual quantity for year one is 2048 each. Estimated annual quantity for year two through five is 1340 each. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitations between $25,000 and over will be made in writing. Request for a written quote, please submit offers to fax # (804) 279-4165. Offerors must complete a copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award.
