Subject item is an unrestricted, noncommercial critical item. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is 144 DARO. Subject RFP contains a surge requirement. Please see RFP for details. Subject item is sole source to Phaostron Instrument & Electronic Co.., cage 77221, P/N H92. . This solicitation will result in an indefinite delivery contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base Year, O=Option Year) Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=7, O=10/Minimum Order Quantity: B=5, O=5/Maximum Contract Quantity: B=31, O=30/Estimated Annual Quantity: B=21, O=20. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
