- Solicitation SP0750-04-R2947 is an unrestricted acquisition for NSN 2930-01-285-5027, ACTUATOR, FAN CLUTCH for a quantity of 4654 each, including a 50% option quantity. NSN requires destination inspection and acceptance and FOB destination with delivery of 60 ADO. Quotations must be submitted in written form. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of MARCH 29, 2004 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
