- Description
- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Service Agency (FSA) is issuing this Sources Sought for nationwide, integrated, networked, on-site remedial and preventive maintenance services for the IBM AS/400 Model 170 computers and IBM Model 4317 laser printers located at approximately 2,500 sites throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Many of the USDA/FSA offices are located in rural areas of the United States. Required maintenance response time is 4 business hours at the Kansas City Management Office, St. Louis Missouri Office, and all Washington, D.C. area offices; 9 business hours for all other offices in the contiguous 48 states; and,18 business hours for Alaska and offshore offices. The contract award will be for one year, with four, one year options. Services would commence on October 1, 2002. Any vendor responding to this sources sought must provide written information on their company's ability and current infrastructure to meet the above requirements on a nationwide and off-shore location basis.
