- Description
- The purpose of this amendment 0002 is to correct the synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation SP4700-04-T-0011 is a Request for Proposal (RFP) in lieu of a Request for Quote (RFQ). The evaluation for award will be IAW FAR Subpart 13.106. Award will be made to the best value offeror considering past performance and demonstrated ability to meet the scheduled time frames (software availability and maintenance schedule) and price. Clause 52.212-2 EVALUATION-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JAN 1999) has been deleted from SF1449. DFARS Clause 252.212.7000 OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS – COMMERCIAL ITEMS (NOVEMBER 1995) has been added to this order along with DFARS Clause 252.212-7001 CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT STATUTES OR EXECUTIVE ORDERS APPLICABLE TO DEFENSE ACQUISITIONS OF COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JANUARY 2004). DFARS Clause Subpart 225.101 BUY AMERICAN ACT (REVISE APRIL 30, 2003) has been added in lieu of FAR 52.225-1 BUY AMERICAN ACT (JUNE 2003). DFARS Clause Subpart 225.70 AUTHORIZATION ACTS, APPROPRIATIONS ACTS, AND OTHER STATUTORY RESTRICTIONS ON FOREIGN ACQUISITION (REVISED APRIL 30, 2003) and DFARS Subpart Clause 225.71 OTHER RESTRICTIONS ON FOREIGN ACQUISITION (REVISED APRIL 30, 2003) has also been added in lieu of FAR Clause 52.225-13 (DECEMBER 2003). DLAD Clause 52.233-9000 AGENCY PROTEST (SEPTEMBER 1996) and DLAD Clause 52.233-9001 DISPUTES: AGREEMENT TO USE ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (JUNE 2001). DFARS Clause 252.204-7004 ALTERNATE A (NOVEMBER 2003) has been added to this solicitation. The CLINs identified in Amendment 0001 posted 2 February 2004 are the CLINs that will be awarded as a result of this synopsis notice.
