- The General Services Administration (GSA), National Capital Region, Special Services Division will contract to provide services to perform preventive maintenance on Government-owned Fire Alarm Equipment in various GSA controlled buildings within the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area for a period of 1 year with four (4) 12-month option periods. The services will consist of Annual and Quarterly preventive maintenance testing, repair, calibration and adjustments on the fire alarm equipment. This solicitation will result in multiple awards of up to (5) contracts. Only one (1) contract will be awarded per vendor. THIS ACQUISITION IS RESTRICTED TO VENDORS LOCATED IN THE LOCAL COMMUTING AREA OF THE WASHINGTON, DC METROPOLITAN AREA. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside, Firm Fixed Price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621, Business Size is $10.5 million. The solicitation will be posted electronically through the following website: www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about February 3, 2004. All interested parties may download the solicitation from the internet.
