- Description
- This is a REQUEST FOR INDUSTRY COMMENTS ON A DRAFT PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT. A cost comparison study is being conducted of the Indian Trust Accounting Division in Lanham, Maryland. There are 32 spaces in the ITAD under review. The anticipated contract type is Firm Fixed Price. Contract term will consist of a phase-in period, base year plus four option years. The North American Industry Classification System code is 541219 and the small business is $7 million annual average gross revenue of the concern for the last three fiscal years including Foreign and Domestics. The ITAD is a Forensic Accounting Services provider for Department of Interior and Department of Justice. Services currently being provided include, but may not be limited to, providing accounting reports, accounting services, research, and expert witness testimony on accounting and related matters concerning Indian tribal claims. The Service Provider shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment and other items and services necessary to perform ITAD services unless otherwise specified. Comments are encouraged from industry on all aspects of the performance work statement. Industry is requested to identify commercial practices and any unnecessary or inefficient requirements. Comments should be mailed electronically by 4:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, March 12, 2004 to Kathleen.Sewell@gsa.gov.
