- The title for this requirement is revised to read ?Core Financial and Enterprise Business Systems (CFEBS) Contract? The Presolicitation Notice is further modified to clarify that a partial set-aside will only be made if, at the conclusion of the Phase I Evaluation Process, the Government determines that the award cannot be a total set-aside. At that time the Government will determine what portion, if any, of the requirement will be set-aside. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-MAR-2004). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 04-MAR-2004.
