- Description
- NASA/HQ plans to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following Commercial item/services: The contractor shall provide a training conference site in Charleston, SC. 6/14-18/04. The NASA Directives Managers (DM) Training Conference requires the following hotel services: 1. Four nights of sleeping rooms for 35-40 conference participants at the not to exceed government per diem rate of $101, and 1 meeting room for 3 full days. 2. Conference reception room for three hours on 6/14/04. 3. Audio visual (i.e., LCD, hand held wireless microphone, podium w/microphone, high speed internet access, and 2 flip charts) for 3 full days. 4. Meals not to exceed the daily per diem rate of $40 (i.e., $9-breakfast, $9-lunch, and $22-dinner), with AM and PM refreshments 5. Conveniently located near airport with no more than a 15-minute commute. 6. Fire Safety compliance. 7. American with Disability Act (ADA) compliance. The anticipated release date of the RFQ 4200053248HBE is 3/19/04 with an anticipated due date of on or about 3/25/04. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. An ombudsman has been appointed. See NASA Specific Note "B". The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/HQ Business Opportunities page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=0404 Prospective offerors shall notify this office of their intent to submit an offer. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
