- Description
- Yearly contract for short-run duplicating and packing services. Contract may be renewed for up to four additional years at the option of the government. Are approx. 54 orders per year. 10% require printing and packing; 90% require packing only of government-furnished documents. Printing consists of 2 to 12 pages in black ink only on 20-lb white bond paper with one staple ULC as needed. Packing consists of inserting, labelling, and sealing approx. 1,790 copies in 160 government-furnished envelopes or contractor-furnished padded bags. Completed product is bulk packed in cartons for delivery at the bidder's expense to one address in Chicago, IL (contractor will not do the mailing). REQUEST A BID PACKAGE ON FIRM'S LETTERHEAD FAXED TO 312-886-3163 (ONE PACKAGE PER REQUEST). ALL BIDDERS MUST HAVE A COMPLETE BID PACKAGE BEFORE SUBMITTING A QUOTATION.
