Description
THE U.S. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION IS SEEKING TO LEASE APPROXIMATELY 12,200 USABLE SQUARE FEET OF OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE IN THE BOYLE HEIGHTS AREA OF LOS ANGELES, CA FOR THE SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION Usable space must yield a minimum of 12,208 square feet of contiguous space with parking available for 52 reserved on-site vehicles. The lease term will be 10 years, 8 years firm. Occupancy is desired as soon as possible for either existing space or new construction. Location: In the Boyle Heights area of Los Angeles, CA within the following delineated area: Northern Boundary: Interstate Freeway 10 Eastern Boundary: North Soto Street to East Ceasar E. Chavez Avenue to Evergreen Avenue to East 4th Street to Euclid Avenue Southern Boundary: Whittier Blvd. Western Boundary: Interstate Freeway 5 Offers are to be submitted by owner(s), or by authorized representative(s) of the owner(s) only.
