Description

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI). The Internal Revenue Service is seeking interested sources to provide water treatment services to include testing of critical heating and cooling systems to ensure the systems operate at peak efficiency by keeping the heat transfer surfaces clean and free of scale and biological deposits as well as excessive corrosion. The place of performance for the services is the Internal Revenue Service Ogden Campus located at 1160 W. 1200 South, Ogden, UT 84201. Due to the location of the Ogden Campus, the area of consideration is limited to a 50-mile radius from the city of Ogden, UT. The prospective contract shall consist of one six-month base period with four twelve-month option periods, if exercised. The anticipated date of award of the prospective contract is on or before June 1, 2004. Interested parties shall contact Contracting Officer Cathy P.
