- Mechanical parts for Seaborne Targets. Drawings will accompany a copy of the RFQ as some portions of the RFQ are not available electronically. It is the offeror?s responsibility to contact the Government Representative cited in the RFQ in order to obtain paper copies of those particular portions. All requests for a copy of the RFQ must be made in writing, by fax or email; telephone requests will not be accepted. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses only.
