- Rehabilitate Riverside Landing, St. Croix National Scenic Riverways, solicitation number I6066040012. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)code is 237310 and the Small Business Size Standard is $28.5M (average gross revenue for the last three (3) years)., due on or about April 23, 2004, POC Tonya Bradley Contract Specialist, Billy Davis, Contracting Officer, 402-221-3561/402-221-3464. Work consist of the general construction of demolition of existing asphalt drives, and vault restroom, grading and compacting for new asphalt drives and concrete walks, construction of new vault restroom and water fountain with associated water line, construction of new entry gate, restoration of information marker and installation of pre-fabricated concrete plank boat ramp. The estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. This project will be awarded under a single firm-fixed price contract. The period of performance is ninety (90) calendar days from issuance of notice to proceed. This solicitation will be awarded under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, UNRESTRICTED (open to both small and large business) pursuant to Public Law 100-656. The solicitation package will be issued on or about March 23, 2004 with approximately 30 days response time. Hard copies of the solicitation will NOT be issued.
