- A site visit will be conducted at the U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM), Warren, Michigan at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 17 March 2004. Those wishing to submit a proposal must have a representative present. Offerors should visit th e site and take reasonable steps necessary to ascertain the nature and location of work, and the general and local conditions that can effect the work or the cost thereof. Reservations for the site visit is mandatory. Reservation requests must be made in writing and submitted via email or fax to the Contract Specialist no later than 3:00 pm, 12 March 2004.
