PRON: AX4C0062AX; NSN: 1560-01-117-1084 ; Part Number: 234N0003-1; Quantity: 215 each plus two years of options, quantity of 75 each applicable to the CH-47 Airframe/Power Train Unit. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to New Cumberland PA 17070-5001. Required delivery is 215 each 315 Days Af ter Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to The Boeing Company, Boeing Helicopter, Cage Code 77272 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offeror must meet prequalificatio n requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by ac cessing the websit www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
