- Rental of Portable Toilets for various events and locations at the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY and surrounding training areas within a 25 mile radius. Specific quantities and dates would be identified in individual Delivery Orders issued against a basic contract. Quantities for individual orders could range from a requirement of 1 to approximately 250. A Firm Fixed Priced Contract with a Base Year and 2 Option Years is anticipated. Contractor must be capable of providing the ser vices and resources needed without subcontracting out. A response time of 4 to 8 hours estimated for emergency requirements shall be required, therefore, Contractors must have facilities / resources within a reasonable distance to West Point, NY.
