- SMALL BUSINESS SOURCES SOUGHT. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The Northern Region Contracting Center (NRCC) is seeking information on sources that can provide distributed learning education and training products utilizing the latest di gital technology capabilities for developing Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) web-based courseware to play in a standalone mode over the Internet, via CD-ROM and DVD. Products will be provided for HQ Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), TRADOC Centers and Schools and other Army agencies. The courseware will include: an Instructional Media Design Package (IMDP) that will be Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) compliant; a Learning Management System (LMS) SCORM communications and cou rseware runtime environment; instructional strategies; testing strategies; and computer-managed instruction training control features. Other training products areas such as but not limited to training analysis; design and development of products to suppor t collective and individual education/training; embedded training; networked simulations; virtual and constructive simulations and digitized print for delivery via CD-Rom, DVD or the Web may be provided. For the purpose of small businesses, the NAICS Code is 339999, All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing. Your response shall include the following information: size of company (i.e., 8(a), Hubzone, WOSB, SB, Veteran, all others), number of employees, revenue for last three years, relevant past performance on same/similar work dating back five years, and your company??????s capability to do this type of work. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary fu nctional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition.
