- The Fort Myer Military Community, Fort Myer, VA 22211 has a requirement to rental of bleachers for the 2004 Twilight Tattoo performance scheduled for May and June 2004 and the 2004 Patriotic Celebration scheduled for April 2004. CLIN 0001. Bleac hers must have the following specifications: Hydraulic, 9 rows in elevation, have a seating capacity of 252 each, al galvanized undercarriage, an anodized aluminum seating and walk surface, and measure approximately 50' X 17' x 10' 6 (LxWxH). The schedul ed dates are: 5, 19 May and 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 Jun 04. The contractor must set up the bleachers three hours prior to the start of each event (NLT 0700), and the bleachers must be removed after each event (approx. 2100). Nine (9) units per date. CLIN 000 2. Bleachers for the 2004 Patriotic Celebration must have the following specifications: hydraulic, 9 rows in elevation, have a seating capacity of 252 each, a galvanized undercarriage, an anodized aluminum seating and walk surface, and measure approximat ely 50' X 17' X 10'6 (LxWxH). The scheduled dates are: 14, 21 and 28 April 2004. The contractor must set up the bleachers three hours prior to the start of each event (NLT 0700), and the bleachers must be removed after each event (approx 2030). Five (5) units per date. CLIN 0003. Oak Plywood is needed for each show, when emplacing bleachers on the Ellipse. Plywood must be sufficient to protect grounds during installation and removal after bleachers are emplaced. Prior to bleachers removal that plywo od must be placed back down on the Ellipse before bleachers are removed. All plywood must be removed from the Ellipse once bleachers have been removed. This award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The FSC Code is W299 and the NAICS Code is 337127.
