Description

The Information Technology, E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting Center-West (ITEC4-W), located at Fort Huachuca, AZ is providing this notification to announce the pre-solicitation notice of offers to provide the necessary manpower and technical exp ertise the 5th Signal Command, 2nd Signal Brigade requires for the following O&M support: general site support and maintenance on the GIG equipment; preventive maintenance and demand maintenance, response to equipment failures, conduct minor building main tenance and repair, maintain maintenance records and as-built drawings, conduct communications reliability and quality testing, performing necessary adjustment or repair to restore system to standards; set up, activate and provide telecommunication service s. The contract will consist of a phase-in period, basic one-year period of performance with 4-one year option periods. This acquisition will be totally electronic, therefore, NO HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED. The solicitati on can be accessed via the FedBizOps website at www.eps.gov or Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at http://acquisition.army.mil. This acquisition will be a full-and-open competition for NAICS code 811213. The date for the pre-proposal conference and/or site visit is April 6, 2004 at Kirchberg Kaserne, Landstuhl, Germany and the release date of the solicitation is March 25, 2004.
