- The Information Technology, E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting Center ?????? West (TEC4-W) located at Fort Huachuca, AZ is providing this notification to announce the solicitation of offer for Operation and Maintenance of the Administrative Teleph one Services (ATS) such as Switchboard Console Operations, Inside Plant, Customer Support (Telephone), and Outside Plant (Cable); Information Technology (IT) services such as LAN Administration and System Maintenance, Help Desk Assistance, software install ation, hardware and software troubleshooting, web master function, Video Teleconferencing (VTC) support to include establishing and scheduling of VTCs, Defense Message Switching (DMS) operations, Technical Control Facility (TCF) operation and maintenance ( O&M) to include the TCF matrix switch, Configuration Management of the installation infrastructure to include creation and updating of drawings using Computer Aided Drawing (CAD), engineering support, and Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Network Management and Cont rol System (Master Controller) Management. The Government will award an Indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract. The Government intends to award a maximum of seven (7) awards against IDIQ Contracts. The IDIQ contract will consist of a b asic one-year period of performance with four (4) one-year option periods. This acquisition will be totally electronic, therefore, NO HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED. The solicitation can be accessed via the Interactive Busines s Opportunity Page (IBOP) at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil/ibophome.nsf/home?open.
