Description: Item 0001-C-130 Valve Body, Remanufacturing; NSN 4820-01-095-0961TP; PN 3165141-1. Quantities: Basic-301 each; Options I, II, III, and IV-175 each Item 0002-C-5 Valve Body, Remanufacturing; NSN 1660-00-192-2624, PN 880290-2. Quantities: Basic-112 each; Options I, II, III, and IV-50 each Item 0003: Over and Above Work Item 0004: Data IAW DD1423s Approximate solicitation issue date: 19 Mar 2004. The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all material to accomplish repair, test, packing, preservation and packaging. A firm fixed price requirements type contract is contemplated. The contract period will be a Basic year with four (4) options. Deliveries are to be in accordance with instructions received from the Production Management Specialist prior to shipment(s): Item 0001-20 each per 30 days ARO reps and order and Item 0002-10 each per 30 days ARO reps and order. Qualification Requirements Apply. IAW FAR 52.209-1 Award will be made to only those actual manufactures that have successfully completed all qualification requirements prior to award. This solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements. Approved Sources: Honeywell (Cage: 02LU7) and Aerospace Coatings International (Cage: 3FB93) NOTE: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
