- E-4B Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Industry Day When: 29 March 2004 at 1200hrs ? Overview briefing for all Contractors. 30 March 2004 ? One-on-One Contractor Sessions (To Be Scheduled for each Contractor. Specific meeting times will be scheduled the afternoon of 29 March 2004. Where: 29 March 2004 30 March 2004 Tinker Conference Center LK Conference Room Bldg. 6001 Arnold Drive 3001 Staff Drive STE 1AH1106C Tinker AFB, OK 73145 Tinker AFB, OK 73145 Directions: 29 March: The Tinker Conference Center (Old Enlisted Club) is located in Area A of the base. Enter the base through Vance Gate located on Sooner Road south of Interstate 40 and south of SE 29th. When you enter the gate, turn left on to Arnold Street, turn left on Arnold Drive, which will be across from the Base Chapel. The Tinker Conference Center building number is 6001. 30 March: The LK Conference Room is located in Bldg 3001. Enter the base through Lancer Gate, located on Douglas Blvd ? the first gate south of Interstate 40, Bldg. 3001 is the large building that one will see straight ahead as you enter through Lancer Gate, the LK Conference Room is towards the north end of Bldg. 3001, enter the building through Door H, make a left down the hall until you reach double doors ? sign above doors reads Entering CLS Country - go through the double doors, the conference room is the second door on the left. Due to pending construction schedules, these instructions are subject to change and Contractors shall notified if changed before 30 March 2004. Purpose of Industry Day: The purpose of the meeting is to provide industry an opportunity to comment and provide feedback on the Government?s requirements for the E-4B CLS Source Selection. The E-4B CLS Technical Requirements Document (TRD) will be posted to this website (www.fedbizopps.gov) approximately 15 March 2004. All parties that responded to the Sources Sought Synopsis posted in September 2003 will also receive information via email from the Contracting Officer. This meeting is for information exchange purposes only. Request that you provide the names of the individuals who will be attending from your company NLT 24 March 2004. The individuals will be required to show a picture identification in order to enter the base.
