- Qualification Test Information. IDG/Instruments Section (OC-ALC/LGBEC), is seeking manufacturers whose product(s) can meet, through qualification testing, the requirements specified in MIL-S-26547, "Starter-Generator Engine STU-6A". Manufacturers should contact the POC for an opportunity to test their product(s) for qualification, since future acquisition awards will be made only for such products that have been tested and approved for inclusion in the Qualified Products List (QPL).
