REF NO: F2LMCA40550100 DUE: 15 March 2004 POC: Rodger Owen-Young, 661-277-9569 (fax) 661-275-7863 DESC: COMBINED SYNOPOSIS AND SOLICATATION. The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Edwards AFB intends to award a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures to: Biotage Personal Inc, 1290C Reamwood Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94089. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 334515. The following items will be procured: CLIN 0001, 1(each), technoproducts, model 7 drop-weight tester cat # 830-700. CLIN 002, 1(each) sample holder kit, for testing liquids cat # 830-710. CLIN 003, sample holder, for testing liquids cat#830-770. These requirements are components of Technoproducts, Model 7 Drop Weight Tester. Technoproducts Inc is the manufacturer. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334515. The size standard is 500. Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a complete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government?s requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received by the publication due date of this notice. A determination by the Government whether or not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
