- NA THIS PROCUREMENT IS CANCELLED AS OF 3 MAR 2004. This procurement will provide all materials for new nozzle + cart construction, fabrication + welding services, parts assembly, dimensional + NDT inspection services and reports in accordance with AEDC White Oak fabrication specification and design drawings. The approximate envelope size of the nozzle extension is 26 feet in length by 3 feet in diameter. Note that the new Mach-8 nozzle extension shall interface and mate with an existing Mach-8 nozzle section. The approximate envelope size of the assembled cart is 17 feet long by 9 feet wide by 3 feet high. The approximate envelope size of the assembled nozzle + cart is 41 feet long by 9 feet wide by 8 feet high. The approximate weight of the assembled nozzle + cart will be 13 tons. Delivery FOB Destination to AEDC/White Oak, MD. Period of performance is 6 months ARO. This procurement is a 100% small-business set-aside.
