- THIS IS SOLICITATION FA4600-04-T-0032 IS NOW AVAILABLE. QUOTES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 1200 CST, 18 MARCH 2004. This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued on or around March 5, 2004. Solicitation number FA4600-04-T-0032 is being issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-18. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561410, and the small business size standard is $ 6,000,000. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order for the following service: Medical Transcription service. Please reference solicitation # FA4600-04-T-0032 on all correspondence. All quotes must be received by the 55 Contracting Squadron, 101 Washington Square, Offutt AFB 68113-2107 by March 18, 2004 at 12:00 pm (CST). Quotes must be valid until 30 April 2004.
