- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 9 Contracting Office, 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 is issuing a solicitation on behalf of the VA Medical Center, 1030 Jefferson Ave., Memphis, TN for the procurement of Gastroenterology (GI) Services. The Contractor shall perform GI tests (CPT Codes 45378, 45380 and 45385) on veteran patients in accordance with the Statement of Work included in the solicitation. Contractor shall perform tests at Contractor?s facility and the facility shall be within a 100-mile radius of the VA Medical Center, Memphis, TN. The contract period will be from date of award through September 30, 2004 with a three (3) month renewal option through December 31, 2004.
