Description
This request is a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. SINLEC-04-Q-0013. The Government intends to award a firm, fixed purchase order for firearms marking cartridge modifications, 9mm marking cartridges and protective masks to be used in law enforcement firearms practice activities. Specifications: (1) 40 each M4A1 Carbine Conversion Kit for 9mm marking cartridge, to include 14.5 inch barrel, flat-top(no carrying handle) with 20 round magizine. (2) 40 each M16A2 Rifle Conversion Kit for 9mm marking cartridge, with 20 inch barrel and one 20 round magizine. (3) 30 each Beretta Conversion Kit for 9mm marking cartridge. (4) 10 each Glock Conversion Kit for 9mm marking cartridge. (5) 10,000 rounds of 9mm marking cartridge Color Red. (6) 10,000 rounds of 9mm marking cartridge Color Blue. (7) 10,000 rounds of 9mm marking cartridge color yellow. (8) 50 each protective mask of marking cartridge practice. Delivery will be to Embassy Freight Forwarder in Miami, Florida. Packaging, packing and preservation shall be in accordance with best commercial practices to enable shipment to CONUS destination and onward shipment to Bolivia without repacking or incurring damage during shipment and handling. Prices should be FOB destination Miami, Florida. Award will be made based on the best value for the U.S. Government, price and technical considerations included. All bidders must be listed in the Central Contractor Registration at http//www.ccr.gov/ for possible contract award consideration. This RFQ closes at 12:00 PM ET on March 11, 2004.
