Description

USDA, ARS, MWA , Contracting Office intends to issue a Request for Quotes for janitorial services at the North Appalachian Experiment Watershed, Coshocton, Ohio. The location consists of four (4) buildings which house individual laboratory units, offices, restrooms, and special use areas. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-20. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS is 561720 with a small business size of 12 million. The government contemplates award of a firm-fixed price contract. The base period of performance will be June 1, 2004, through May 31, 2005, with option for four (4) additional 12-month periods. Offerors will be required to submit a business and price proposal for evaluation by the Government. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database in order to receive an award. The website address for registration is: http://www.ccr.gov. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. 5114-4-0200 which will be available on or about March 15, 2004.
