- PR NO: LTC04053018430 this solicitation is for an IQC Base plus 4 Option years. Destination Inspection required. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as a small business set aside, full and open competition procedures. The NSN is as follows 5342-01-107-3207, 56 day?s delivery. A Surge Plan is not required. FOB Destination. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
