- Description
- Request For Proposal (RFP) solicitation for NSN 1660-00-822-3032, Heat Exchanger, Air to Air, Aircraft, in accordance with Honeywell International Inc., DBA Lori, Inc., Cage 63389, P/N 177302-2-1, DWG 177302 Rev 'AL' dtd 10-30-89. DSCR does not currently have an approved Technical Data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. Solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price type contract. FOB and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Requested quantity is 71 each with a 100% Quantity Option. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting System (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. ABVS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This is a Ciritical Application Item. QAP 003 applies. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
