Description
Solicitation for NSN: 1560-00-774-2096/ PR #YPG04049000553. P/N: 4P21018-101 Rev ?H?. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item; please do not submit requests. The only approved sources for this item are: Goodrich Corporation (Cage: 51563), Middle River Aircraft Systems (Cage: 1B6R3) and CPI Aerostructures (Cage: 9U679). Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) package; (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract for 149 each with a 100% quantity option. This solicitation has a First Article / Pre-production approval required by government testing. First article sample size is one (1) each. The required delivery schedule is 275 days ARO: delivery of First article units, 140 days AFA: Government Test & Evaluation of First article units, 275 Days AFAA: delivery of production units, FOB: destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
