- CORRECTION: FOB ORIGIN WITH INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE ORIGIN PR No.YPG04050000797: This solicitation will contain 1 NSN 1560-01-515-0653 for a Skin, Aircraft, Sheer Web. The OEM is Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. Cage 26512 P/N A51B92980-417 REV G with approved sources Northop Grumman Systems Corp. Cage 61174 and Precision Aerospace Corp. Cage 0VYL9. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. FOB Origin with I/A Destination. Requested Delivery is 196 DARO. Unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. Critical Application Item and Configuration Control applies. QAP 007. The quantity is 55 each for a Definite Quantity contract. The final contracting award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. You must fill out a complete solicitation package in order to be evaluated. A letter offer is not acceptable unless you are quoting IAW a BOA. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are not acceptable.
