- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia is seeking proposals from business entities interested in participating in an acquisition for NSN 4210-00-203-0217. Subject acquisition is for a portable 15-Pound Carbon Dioxide Fire Extinguisher, which requires First Article Testing and Quality Conformance inspection in accordance with MIL-E-24269. Solicitation SP0560-04-R-0142, expected to be issued March 11, 2004 with an estimated closing date of April 12, 2004.
