- Description
- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia is seeking proposals from business entities interested in supporting the worldwide demand for various FSC 5325 Inserts. This initiative is being procured under FAR 13.5, Test Program For Certain Commercial Items. Solicitation SP0560-04-R-0154 is expected to become available April 19, 2004 to support this procurement objective. The solicitation will require pricing for approximately 124 NSNs, with a list of approximately 610 additional NSNs to be evaluated and added as requirements exist. A listing of the core and potential adds (universe) can be found at http://www.dscp.dla.mil/gi/general/scp_Ltc.htm . The subject solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. Award of the NSNs contained in this procurement will be line-by-line. To determine the overall best value, offerors will be evaluated based on past performance and price, both being considered equal. Contract(s) resulting from this solicitation will be Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IQC) with a two (2) year base with three (3) one-year unilateral option periods. Prospective contractors should have Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capability. Number Note 12 applies to this procurement.
