- See numbered notes 1, 9, 13 & 26. This solicitation will be issued 100% set aside for small business concerns. Item: NSN 8340-00-431-3775, Tarpaulin, Laminated, Vinyl-Nylon, Flexible, Type I, Blue Shade No. 35231. Shall be in accordance with MIL-DTL-82288C, dated 26 June 2000 and Type II, Class I, of CID A-A-55308. There will be a base year plus four 100% quantity options. The quantities for the base year and the options are 410 each. There will be 6 deliveries to DD New Cumberland, PA. Deliveries will commence 180 days after date of award. All materials will be furnished by the awardee. FAR part 12 procedures will not be utilized. Best Value Source Selection is required under this solicitation, the following evaluation factors are in effect: Past Performance and DLA Mentoring Agreements (MBA). First Article provisions apply. All responsible sources may submit a response, which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7014) must be grown, reprocessed, reused, melted or produced in the United States, its possessions or Puerto Rico, unless on of the DFARS 225.7002-2 exceptions applies.
