- The Defense Reutilization & Marketing Service is submitting this notice seeking sources interested in providing hazardous waste storage, disposal, and management service for Djibouti, Africa. These potential firms should have the capacity to store and dispose of these materials. The hazardous waste disposal and storage includes, but is not limited to variety of batteries, mercury and items containing mercury, waste oil and fuel, and items that relates to hazardous and non-hazardous waste. Management services to be performed include, but are not unlimited to identification of unknown liquids or solids for disposal classification, completion of waste profile sheets, labeling and packaging hazardous waste from Djibouti, Africa. Sources must be knowledgeable and comply with all international laws and maritime regulations. For complete understanding, this Sources Sought notification is not a solicitation request and there is no new procurement at this time.
