Description

NOTE: POINT OF CONTACT INFORMATION IS LISTED AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS DESCRIPTION. NSN: 6830-01-318-5797. Approximately 9,854,632 Dekatherms (MMBTU) Direct Supply Pipeline Quality Natural Gas for delivery to various DoD and Federal Civilian installations in California, Montana, Oklahoma and Washington. The delivery period will be one year, commencing October 1, 2004. The Oklahoma line item will be a Small Business Set-Aside. All other line items are unrestricted. The projected issue date is March 23, 2004, with offers to be due on May 4, 2004, for the California line items and on May 11, 2004, for the remaining line items, at 1:00 p.m. local time, Ft. Belvoir, VA. Past performance references will be due April 27, 2004. Contract(s) awarded as a result of this solicitation will be requirements-type contracts, fixed price with economic price adjustment. Award will be made by Source Selection.
