- Description
- The United States Coast Guard has a requirement for NSN 4020-01-378-0203, Fibrous Rope, Polyamide Nylon, MIL-R-24050, Breaking Strength: 34600.0 Pounds Nominal, 900 ft Reel, 1.062 in Diameter (3.250 Cir) x 900 ft, quantity 24 each. The due date for submission of quotations shall be no later than March 10, 2004. FOB Destination, delivery to USCG ELC, Warehouse Receiving Room Bldg. 88, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226. NOTE: NO DRAWINGS OR SPECIFICATIONS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THIS AGENCY. Quotation shall include, proposed delivery in days, pricing for items individually packed, marked and bar coded, the company Tax Identification Number and Duns Number. Offeror must also fill out and return FAR Clause 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (JUNE 2003). All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received shall be considered by this agency. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAR 2004. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 313111 and the small business size standard is 500 employees.
